Street-works
Our team consists of Street-works accredited Supervisors and Operatives ready to take on projects involving excavation, installation of assets, and reinstatement of the public highway.
Earthworks
Our skilled team is experienced in handling a wide range of earthwork activities, including excavation, grading, site preparation, and safe disposal with use of our own plant and equipment wherever possible. Long term supply chain relationships mean we have the connections needed to take on bulk excavations and removal across Cornwall and Devon.
Surfacing
Whether it's roads, driveways, paths, or car parks, our specialist team provide in-house asphalt, concrete or modular (bricks, slabs etc.) surfacing installation/repair. We aim to provide an all-in-one solution where the earthworks, preparation, and then finishing layers are managed and installed by IK Crowle Construction operatives.
Drainage & Utilities
Foul and surface water disposal systems including the installation or repair of various types of pipework, manholes and sustainable drainage systems (SuDS) like attenuation tanks and soakaways. We also regularly provide enabling works for service installations like electric and internet.
Substructure
Anything up to Damp Proof Course (DPC), including concrete flooring is work we regularly undertake. This includes foundations, substructure blockwork and block and beam flooring.
